1. Our recent visit to the local Staples store on the Parkway was delightful! The staff was extremely helpful and patient in helping us find what we needed, and even recommended other local places that might have the one thing that did not carry. The guy who checked us out clearly explained the Rewards program and helped me download the app and set it up so I would get credit for our purchase.
   I definitely recommend that we all visit frequently to keep this Staples open. The next closest is more than 10 miles away in heavy traffic areas.

2. The personnel in this store always manage to exceed my expectations. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable . And since I walk with a cane , they always carry my packages and escort me to my automobile. Their service is just outstanding.

3. Lets understand why big box stores are failing. Mispriced merchandise and poor accountability of staff. Employees standing around doing nothing to improve store’l which have empty/unorganized shelves, customers having to search for assistance, and hearing a manager tell me they remove shelf price tags because they continue to change. Truly this store’s staff has No Understanding of their purpose or what is meant by a customer having a quality experience in their shopping.. oh almoat forgot… most of their products are over priced.. by 2-to-3x [times] normal value.

4. Purchase of a replacement ink cartridge which was a less expensive on the website than in the store was given the online price for a $7.00 savings.

5. The Staples on South Memorial Pkwy always has a helpful staff and it’s a routine stop for us. I love all the stuff they recycle too!
