  1. I wish my daughter went to a different ER. She’s a student and 3 hours away from us. She had been coughing for over 2 weeks and her asthma started flaring up. She had some pain in her back so I told her to go make sure she didn’t have pneumonia. They didn’t xray her. Dr. Tye just told her she wasn’t having an emergency, along with some other starky comments. Just gave her meds and told her she had bronchitis. Didn’t seem like a very caring or concerned dr.

  2. So far I have found them to be caring and responsive to my needs. Some in other reviews state that the Electric Cell Signaling Therapy is a scam and just a tens unit which is untrue. Google and be sure to use google scholar for peer reviewed journal articles to reference the difference between the two.
Also, I have not be assessed any crazy fees nor he referred to do any unnecessary diagnostic testing.
For context I have CRPS – complex regional pain syndrome and I am also a Registered Nurse so I consider myself well informed on such matters.

  3. I came to St Luke and Dr. Ortega with severe neuropathy in both knees and both feet. Knees were weak and ankles were weak. 12 weeks and 24 treatments later my knees are much, much stronger and the numbness in my feet is down in a major way. I can walk for several hours and my balance is steadier. I can climb the stairs to my home office quickly and easily, whereas it used to be a struggle. The staff are all very professional and caring of their patients. I have watched other patients not benefit as much as me, but each person is different. Yes, this is electrical stimulation, and yes it seems to cause some nerves to reconnect. Go for it!

  4. This place and Spravato SAVED my life! First, I cannot speak more highly about the staff. They are fabulous! So compassionate, caring, and professional. They do everything in their power to help you succeed. Second, Spravato is a wonder drug! I have never felt better or more alive. It brought me out of deep depression that had absolutely nothing to do with life circumstances. To put it simply, my brain was not working, and now it is. I cannot thank all involved enough!!

  5. I went to numerous doctors for several years and finally was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy. Gabapentin was prescribed. I was taking 1200 mg. per day when I saw the st. Luke ad on tv. Went there and signed up for the treatments. Left there 3 months later taking no gabapentin.
This was in 2017 and I have had no neuropathy pain since. The people are superb and the treatment WORKS!!!!
