This is a great sprouts store. I love the people who work here,they are always very friendly and helpful if I need help. The sandwich place unfortunately could use some help,for the longest time they would mess up whatever sandwich my husband and I ordered! It was strange. I ended up giving up on whatever sandwich I actually wanted because I knew I wouldn’t be getting it 😂 So truthfully,I’m not sure if that problem has been resolved because it’s been a few months since I’ve ordered from there. But the price is hard to beat for a good size sandwich, if you’re not too picky about what you get! Lol!
It’s a nice store, often over-priced. I love when they have manager specials. Currently, they just had me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on me.
Love shopping here! Great selection of chocolate covered nuts and raisins and other goodies either prepackaged or in bins. Natural, organic & gluten-free foods, fresh produce, meats, vitamins, supplements & more. Located at the southeast corner of Herndon and Clovis. Highly recommend!
I remember two years ago I had driven here from Fresno in search of Tofurkey for Thanksgiving, as the Fresno location I commonly frequent had ran out of.
Never having been to this location, I obviously needed help finding my way around. I politely asked the guy with a black hooded jacket where I could find said product, he merely points in the direction across the whole store, as if I’ll be able to identify the exact product from that point. Needing further specified assistance, I search for a more helpful employee, one that was near him at an empty register (it was near closing time, and no customers were in line at all, just them two employees standing) and the hooded jacket calls out “he can’t leave this area”. NO one was paying in line, and why is it wrong to help a customer?
I walked across the store to hopefully find a nicer employee, and I saw one walking towards the register. I ask him if he could help me find Tofurkey and thankfully he helped me.
However, I do see from other people that have been treated bad here at this location. It only confirms my beliefs of poor treatment. Never again will I ever shop here again. First time here had a bad experience and I wouldn’t want a worse one, so never coming here. The Fresno location is light years ahead in customer service. Love love love Fresno, forever, NOT this Clovis one.
Wow! What a great store! It’s a very hippy store, but everyone is super happy and friendly and you can get a very good ready made lunch for a decent price with some great green tea and organic chocolates.
