We loved our stay here! The assistant manager, whom I now forgot her name, maybe something with a B, was so accommodating and helpful to us when we came in, even upgraded our room even though we didn’t ask. The room itself was so spacious and love the aesthetic.
Location of the hotel is great if you’re there for things downtown. Right by the legacy museum (highly recommend visiting). Street parking was ample when we were there and on the next block it was ok to park overnight.
We stayed here one night on our way to FL. We had our 22 month old grandson with us and he had so much room to run and play after traveling in the car. We all loved the accommodations! The room was fantastic and so spacious. Staff was super friendly. Only thing lacking was the breakfast bar. Nothing special and basically just adequate.
Downtown Montgomery. Went to the wrong hotel initially. Spring Hill was down the block. Stayed 1 night; computers were down. They put us in a room already occupied. Gave us keys, that did not work, to another room. After dinner, those keys didn’t work. The hallways are a maze. You should bring bread crumbs trying to find your way around. Breakfast was good. Room looked clean. No free parking for hotel, Valet service was $30.00 plus tax. Service was extremely apologetic & nice.
Darren, working the front desk, was incredible. Great attitude and provided us with great information and hospitality. We stayed 1 night and checked in late. Darren was there to check us in and there in the morning where he greeted us for breakfast. Invaluable staff member that made our experience top notch. The hotel has great history and we had no issues with our room. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking to enjoy a few nights out in the town.
Called and also prompted via the app to have fresh towels and cleaning services three times during our three night stay.
Our room was never cleaned the entire time we were here. We never received fresh towels, and we had ran out of toilet paper and tissues by the end of our stay with none replenished….
Would have expected much higher service than this – and I’m not one to complain.
Rooms were nice and large! Great location as well.
