The room was nice. They only issue we had was with room service. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. They came in on a Monday when we did did not need cleaning. (It was the day after we checked in.) They did not show on Wednesday and we ran out of towels and toilet paper. A quick trip downstairs got us some towels and paper. We then had to ask for room service for Thursday.
If you stay here, be sure to go to the font desk and specifically ask for room service the day before you need it.
While we had a decent stay, rooms could use slight upgrade/better cleaning. I noticed what appeared to be dye stains on my sheets, marks on walls, outlets near bed did not work, carpet felt a little damp and breakfast area was a mess when we went down to eat. Receptionist this morning was not the friendliest though the lady at check- in last night was very nice!
We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM and were given an access card by the receptionist. After trying twice to enter our room on the 4th floor with our three kids, we found the door locked from the inside. On our third visit to the reception, I requested assistance. The receptionist attempted to open the door with the access card, but it didn’t work. Eventually, she used her master key, which successfully unlocked the door. I wish this experience had been smoother, especially at such a late hour.
The room was neat and spacious. However, the next day, housekeeping cleaned the room but didn’t fix the bedsheets on the beds. The breakfast was quite basic. There was only one waffle maker, leading to a queue. For a hotel of this size, there should be at least two or three waffle makers to accommodate guests more efficiently. I hope these areas can be improved to enhance the overall experience.
it sits right off the interstate and it’s very easy to get to anything you might need. staff was super friendly and didn’t seem annoyed if we asked them for anything extra. breakfast is meh.. the pool was nice though a little outdated. nothing that would keep me from coming back. My only real complaint is that the hallways smelled bad. like smoke. I wouldn’t blame that on the hotel just the people in it. I’d stay here again though.
Carpets were stained and the shower curtains looked as though they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The room overall was decent with no other complaints. The front desk worker was nice and let us check in early. The location was great and close to a lot. The breakfast was good but limited. We just got waffles and a few pastries.
