1. As an employee I’m very happy with all team members, everyone seams to have a good attitude and works well as a team. They regularly surprise is with team lunches and give those who deserve a pat on the back.

2. Our 4 day stay was just ok… 5 star prices for a 3.5 star hotel. The beach was the nicest part.
   Nice little free breakfast area. But you get what you pay for. Tiny cups of ok-ish coffee. Little muffins, waffles and cereal. That’s about it. Oh, and don’t try to bring any cereal up to your kids. They’ll stop you at the door. “Dine in only”…which isn’t posted. Whatever..
   15 of us in our family stayed in 3 different rooms. All the same complains. Jacuzzis that didn’t get hot, at all. Whirlpools in the rooms not hot either. No maintenance support. Very little front desk help. A lot of run-around when expressing our concerns.
   Also, all the elevator certifications were still expired as of 6-7-18 when we left.
   If you’d like to park in the on-site parking garage, in your assigned spot, make sure you know the height. 6’8” doesn’t leave a lot of head room. My truck antenna hit and snagged on multiple overhead pipes. I needed to remove it so it didn’t get ripped out of the fender. Stock height 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500hd. Any tall vans or any new Ford truck…forget about it. And the parking attendants/security are less that helpful. And definitely not friendly.
   All the cleaning staff were super nice though. And they do a really good job in the rooms. And you should definitely give them a raise. The cleanliness is the only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 3.
   Nicely equipped kitchen. And a gas grill on the balcony. Nice view of the gulf.
   I wish I had more positive things to say. You don’t get much bang for the buck. The place had a lot of potential. But there’s very little chance of our returning. We’ll probably take our money elsewhere.
