After the dealership tried to completely scam me it was so refreshing coming here. They were honest and timely. Even gave me advice on my kids car so I may not have to bring it in. Places like this are RARE these days. Definitely earned a loyal client today.
Advice!I think these guys are pretty good. Just picked up the car. I would advise if you have a late model car call the dealer as well. They were about the same price as the dealer. So you decide what best for you. But I have nothing bad to say about the work. But just picked it up. So time will tell.
I took my car in to see if they could reset my sensor lights and without hesitation took my car backand did diagnostic. As to fixing car they were unable because it showed something more so they recommended taking it to a local Volkswagen to have computer updated. They offered drink while waiting and had a wonderful conversation while waiting
The staff at ST&A were absolutely wonderful. I work for a warranty company and assisted a customer in finding a place that would treat her fairly for repairs.
They saved my customer over $800 on repairs and worked quickly and competently in order to get her vehicle safely back on the road.
They treated my customer the way I would, and it is much appreciated.

We were in from Tennessee when our car started to run and drive poorly. After contacting 4 other repair shops I called Specialty. Whiney and Sharon, customer service were very nice and professional. They made a point to work us in. The repair was taken care of quickly, better than the dealership by far, and the price was very reasonable! So pleased with STA and highly recommend them!
