1. We just finished a one week stay at Spanish Key #104. We enjoyed our stay, so this is not a complaint, just information for the next people to stay here. The dryer squeaks incessantly when in use and the washer thuds. The door over the refrigerator was taken off by maintenance during our stay (unannounced, and we were not there with all our wallets, jewelry, and personal items left on the counter) because it was hanging off the hinge and cracked. The bar top in front of the fridge has delaminated-you can push it down and it pops back up. The top dishwasher rack is broken. The return air grill rattles the entire time the unit is on (which, by the way, is an awesomely working unit!). The front king bedroom door is undeveloped and does not stay open and the door on the 2 bed room doesn’t latch The 2 queen bedroom isn’t queen beds at all; they are full size beds. It was ok for us, but two adults could not have shared those beds unless they were stick thin. The headboards are for queen mattresses, so that means the beds do not fill the width of the headboard, and the dresser has not been dusted in weeks. The TV in the 2 queen room has a controller that will not turn the TV on or change the volume. It will change the channel, though. The shower heads are the $9 plastic ones that do not put out any water. There is no door handle on the sliding door when you want to come back in from the balcony. You have you stick your fingers in the door frame to open it that way. The common areas are very well maintained with excellent furniture and the location is spectacular. A wonderful perk is the reserved covered parking!

2. My family and I were traveling for a summer vacation and stayed at this resort for almost a week. Following that, resort was nice & close to every main spot around Orange Beach; however, there were several things we were not impressed with. Condo was very outdated & cheap, for a family of six we were supplied with 3 rolls of TP no trash bags 1 dish towel no soap for (3) bathrooms or kitchen, the outdoor pool was down for 2 DAYS while we were only there for five, there was no security to be found hardly ever, and not one employee in the lobby to handle any type of issue. Overall, our vacation was great. But for so much money & many other places to stay on the beach, we will book elsewhere if we return.

3. Condo was “over the top” clean!
   Luxury Costal does an amazing job to accommodate their renters!
   The view is extremely beautiful!

4. This condo was not up to par for the price we paid. No staff onsite, no security, the sauna and hot tub were dirty. We had roaches, alive and dead in our condo. The bottoms of our feet were black when walking barefoot in the condo. I texted management and all they texted back was “we will let housekeepers and maintenance know”.
   We go to this area once a year. We will never stay in this complex again‼️

5. We stayed as a guest of someone that rented. None of the amenities were in working order. No staff was at the condos. My spouse has an ESA and we had complaints about having the dog with us even though we sent in all documents and had it cleared months before our arrival. We had ants in our condo when we arrived. We also saw rats down by the pool on 3 separate days. To top it all off, we also had to evacuate the building at 2AM because someone pulled the fire alarm. No security was there at all. I’ve stayed at different condos for the last 20 years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

   Absolutely do not stay at this resort. We expected a peaceful vacation and it was the worst experience ever.
