I have been a tenant in a strip center for almost 20 years that SouthPace manages. I have requested to meet my new property manager for 9 months. No one has stopped by and introduced themselves to us. A lot of times they don’t respond to emails either. Think twice before renting in a center this company manages.
Clearly your drivers do not know how to drive this morning at all. Almost running a light and hitting pedestrians then having the nerves to honk their horn as we walk across. We understand it’s Friday but keep in mind you are downtown Birmingham, where people work. Fix the attitude buddy. This happened 5 minutes ago.
