Dr. Hamilton & team are professional, compassionate & friendly. From the first consultation to follow appointments after surgery, the office was very efficient. Dr. Hamilton took time explaining each step from before surgery to setting physical therapy, now after surgery. Very patient & personable. Went to Jarrad merriman he just said I have pain because of arthritis and there was nothing he could do for me. 2 weeks later my knee was completely fine with no change in activity just some stretches I came up with on my own search so the acute pain was not from arthritis. Also he was very condescending in the way he talked to me and interrupted me multiple times in the 5 minutes he was in the room. Then I got a call from collections that I owed money. I was never billed. When I finally got someone on the phone from billing they said they sent 4 bills on some account I was supposed to have online and should have gotten emails and texts about it, never got any of that. I would not recommend him.
If youâre too young to have something but most definitely have it donât expect to get actual treatment here. I have carpal tunnel and the EMG showed that I do but they wonât do surgery and I had to fight to even get the steroid shot because my hand goes numb at work and at night itâs numb even though I wear a brace. Also canât feel when something is hot so thatâs dangerous. Lacey the PA lied on my first visit summary. The doctor who did my EMG didnât clean my arm when he put the little needles in. The hand doctor was so behind he wouldnât even answer my questions.
