1. Unfortunately ….I need to start out with giving this place a 0! My experience here has been nothing but horrible. With exception to dr. Chao who actually took time to speak with me but that was it. My experience at this place was absolutely horrible.
   Let me start out with the appt scheduling!
   The surgery appt schedulers! It is impossible to speak with someone and get insurance referrals done in a timely manner.
   Nonetheless I only was able to see an actual dr when I called and asked to see the dr.
   Never was I informed that o would be seeing nurse practitioners. Iam sorry but our insurance pays for an actual dr.
   So let me start by saying this place spoke bad about the previous vascular dr we saw which I find to be unprofessional!
   Second the day I finally spoke to and saw the dr and expressed my concerns with my father and vascular disease plus a chronic wound he said “we are not like the other places” we have more advanced technology”
   Turns out after many months of waiting for appts seeing an actual de and getting test done turns out the only advanced technology was an angiogram! An angiogram is something that has been done to my father many times. At the hospital another of your drs first tells me that he was able to open up some veins in front and that could help heal his wound then the following day tried the back vein and opinion then changes totally and says he will need an amputation!
   I feel like I wasted soooo much time, effort and having my father wait for too long for just an angiogram was too much. I wish you would have been honest more efficient a long time ago. Now my father is at a very high risk to have his foot amputated.
   I feel like we could have gotten more done with other drs….but my father really believed you could help him and you let him down.
   Please think twice when bringing your loved one here. Or be aggressive as I was or you may regret it later like I do! I will file a formal complaint with the BBB on this as well.
   Because it’s not right.

2. If I could rate this place Zero stars I would. To start off Scarleth the short pudgy girl with the long dry cracked hair is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen and heard speak. She brings negative energy to the office and can’t even be professional speaking on other people when in the office and in the hallways like a little girl. This is supposed to be a business and she doesn’t represent anything good about it she makes the doctor she works for look horrible and I wouldn’t recommend any of my family members to get care here many HIPAA violations and they’re very very LAZY .

3. Dr Babak (Bobby) Eghbalieh MD
   And Meghan Murray NP
   Are amazing doctors that were professional since day one honest funny, which helps with the process specially being a Delicate topic to talk about they made it feel so normal and comfortable will be coming to this facility for future recommend family and friends
   I also took the doctors advice and has been helping me with my situation thank you guys.

4. This practice is full of crooks. I canceled and appointment and they submitted it to my insurance as if I went. Every time they call they say don’t worry about it but then they keep sending me bills. Literally do not go here. Not only is the reception and billing staff rude, they doctors literally couldn’t be bothered to give you more than five minutes of their time.

5. UPDATE:

   I wanted to update this review after having 2 surgeries to remove hemorrhoids. Dr Bobby is a life saver! I spent years trying to convince doctors that my hemmhorroids were bad (inside and outside), no one believed me until I came to see Dr. Bobby.

   Immediately he went about getting authorization from my insurance for the 1st surgery. It felt amazing to finally be listened to! His caring nature came across when he decided to do the surgery in two parts to prevent complications and start with the external ones first.

   I was so glad to not bleed buckets and have an awesome looking asterisk again. After the healing time was over, a second surgery was scheduled and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my pre-op was sent to the surgery center (due to my pcp messing up the paperwork)

   It’s been 2 weeks after my second surgery to remove the internal ones and I am beyond thrilled to know that this is it. Dr Bobby has been amazing throughout the process, I can honestly say he’s given me my confidence back and the trust I had lost in medicine when I had to fight Dr’s to believe me.

   Don’t hesitate to come to Dr. Bobby, he is a life saver and him and his staff will go above and beyond to ensure that his patients are taken care of. I trust this man with my life.

   Dr.Babak Eghbalieh is amazing! He was able to diagnose what a previous doctor had blatantly missed. Such a great doctor that actually listens and actively cares about his patients, plus his sense of humor is top notch!.

   I came in ready to advocate for myself ( as it’s been a common theme in my experience) but the fact that he actually listened to my concerns and immediately went about proposing ways to fix them has not only enhanced my physical, but also my mental health.

   I had hemmhorroid surgery about 2 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the results and his decision to split the surgery into two parts to prevent complications.

   After 3 years of fighting with doctors, to have finally found the one that actually cares, is a breath of fresh air. You can’t go wrong with him, you will not regret it!
