1. Let start by saying Dr. James Jaber is amazing provider I had some minor complications with tonsil stones he was able to access the issue and ended up burning them which so far as been a temporary fix it’s only been a month or two so I will have to give it more months to determine the outcome. As for the front desk, it is extremely frustrating that the front desk representatives do not answer the phone for the love of GOD I can never get anyone on the phone I had been tryin to really work with this facility and try understand that every time I express my frustration regarding phones never being answers they always say they’re under staff. The office is as small as cardboard box and every time in show up there is always two people in the office no way your understaff when there isn’t much traffic coming in and out. I have to be honest today was my last straw I was scheduled for an appointment April 1st but I had no one call to confirm the appointment which I figured was extremely odd I called Thursday no answer, called Friday no answer. Due to my appointment being on Monday and I need to confirm the time because I had forgotten I called first thing at 9am again no answer I called multiple times. I have to say although DR. Jaber is an amazing DR I believe he truly needs to get his own practice elsewhere and hire employee who would actually do their jobs. Today was my last straw with this facility and I will not be returning I would rather my DR refer me else where then to deal with this nonsense and this has been going on since January well over 4 months unacceptable!

2. We’ve been coming to Jaber’s office since my grandma had cancer in 2021. And although he’s awesome and has a reputation to his patients. He turned on a dime to absolve any responsibility on his part or his colleagues.
   We were waiting in limbo for treatments and appointments for chemo and radiation, and now it has gotten to the point where hospice care is the preferred option.
   All this effort of getting the care we urgently needed and delayed amounts to absolutely nothing.

   Don’t come here if you want urgency. Don’t come here if you work your hardest to only have the blame put on you.
   Find a better doctor who actually cares about the situation and speaks with humility and kindness. Not flaunt their experience in your face to ease the weight of his disrespect and malcontent.

3. Dr. Jaber must be one of the coolest doctors I’ve ever met, and is very passionate about his cancer patients. That’s an extra star.

   This was my experience with him when. I asked him to correct my deviated septum and straighten my nose.

   Canceled appointments, canceled surgery when I was prepped outside the operation room waiting for hours.

   Lost vacation days and healing time due to the reschedule.

   Had to do a second surgery because he forgot to straighten it and correct the other side of the deviated septum.

   He didn’t straighten my nose. Go to a different doctor if you don’t have cancer.

   Oh yeah, six month check up? He says you don’t need it.

   He didn’t even see me after my surgery, his awesome helper did.
   He does what he wants, when he wants.

4. I visited the office back in August and Dr. Jaber and the office team have been extremely helpful in dealing with my insurance issues. I especially want to acknowledge Julie, who has literally been an angel through this whole process. She has been super responsive and helpful every time I had questions. She always keeps me updated on what’s happening on her end and explains what still needs to be done. I emailed her a request to adjust my authorization with my medical group, and within 10 minutes, she replied to let me know that it has been done. I honestly don’t know what I would do without her help. You just know that you can trust her to get things done.

5. I was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Cancer a few months ago. A week after meeting Dr. Jaber it was removed. His staff and PA’s are great and return calls. He is direct, passionate, efficient, experienced and confidant at what he is doing. If you care about your health you will book an appointment with him. If it was not for him the Cancer I had would taken over my throat. I’m Cancer free as of today because of him.
   PS He’s a fan of good Tequila too.
