1. very sweet staff, All the ladies were welcoming and kind. The Dr. was very nice also. I came for a lip flip and decided to get botox in my forehead because my concern was the heaviness of my eyebrows with expressions. I paid over 500 dollars for both procedures and felt excited to see the results in 2 weeks. To my disappointment and shock, my results were awful! I look like I’m mad all the time because the botox weighed down my eyebrows even more than they are without. It is almost impossible to apply eyeshadow at this point. I called the office and they suggested to come back in for more botox at my expense to lift the eyebrows but I chickened out. I would hate for this to look any worse and not willing to chance it. The lip flip didn’t really do much but I really didn’t expect it to. This was my first experience with botox and I have now learned if your heavy browed DO NOT INJECT CLOSE TO THE EYEBROWS OR THEY WILL DROOP!! Although the Dr was kind I really wish he would have known this or took notice of how my brows were to begin. My first and last botox experience.

2. This office is so friendly, helpful and welcoming! I’ve been coming here for a few years for hormone therapy and it has helped me tremendously! The doctor and staff answer all questions, are friendly, always call back, they have all always been very patient with me and I’m very thankful for that as many doctors offices are not this welcoming and kind!

3. I’m super picky when it comes to fillers and I just couldn’t believe the results after even the first time there! Dr. Thompson is definitely one of the best in the biz! The atmosphere at the office is also super welcoming and friendly and everyone always answers any questions with a smile. I love it there! This is now my regular place for self care and I highly recommend it to anyone!!

4. Dr Thompson and the staff were very kind! Both ladies at the front desk were awesome and helpful! I wish I would have gotten their names! This is my first time to his office. I got the half syringe lip filler and lip flip and so far my lips look amazing! Absolutely no pain, a little sting but thats all! I think he did a great job and I appreciate him asking what I like and want! I most definitely will be going back.

5. I went back in April for my first visit to Southeastern Institute and everyone was so nice and welcoming. My second visit was in August and I was treated as family or friends I’d had my whole life. Dr. Thompson went above and beyond just giving me botox injections. While waiting for the Dr. Thompson I had mentioned to Kristie his nurse about an issue my teenage son was having with folliculitis. How I felt my sons doctor wasn’t going about his plan of care in a positive form. Never running a culture on the area of concern. Over prescribing him antibiotics for over 6 month period. I felt after having him on a bacterial and fungal antibiotic at the same time made him sense when they didn’t know which form of infection it was to begin with. Building up a tolerance to antibiotics and causing risk of not killing off infections later on. After my procedure, Dr. Thompson and Kristin listened to me explain the issue my son was having, plan of care receiving at his PCP, my concerns and listened with such attentiveness. Gave his recommendation and took time to email me information on how to find resolution to the core issue. You get amazing procedures done for very good prices. Caring staff who truly go out of there way for their patients. Want you to feel and look your healthiest! I look forward to going and getting stuck with needles from the feeling they give you while there. Totally recommend!
