Brandon provide excellent service. Professional and polite very knowledgeable. There was 2nd service man showed up to help. I did not get his name but also professional both men worked very hard to get unit working until replacement happens. It was in bad shape..
Everywhere I called it was a 2 week plus wait for new clients, with a ridiculous service fee/hourly fee. We called southeastern cooling and they were at our home and fixed the a.c all within 3 hours! Don was wonderful and very helpful! Explained everything that was happening. He definitely saved us from a potential house fire! Great guy. Great work. Great pricing! Thank you!
Awesome service. Professional prompt and courteous! Our Tech Brandon was proactive and went above and beyond in repairing our A/C unit. Brandon and Jay came out promptly the next day with our parts and completed the repair quickly and in blistering heat! Thank you gentlemen!
