  1. Saw Urgent Care on Friday for an issue and had some follow up concerns by Sunday. Good luck talking to anyone on the weekend, though! I called MULTIPLE times between the hours of 1 and 5, they’re open hours, just to find myself coming to the same message, “you’ve reached afterhours”. I was unable to speak with any staff. If I didn’t live an hour away, I could have just popped in but I wasn’t going to take that risk. Terrible customer service.

  2. Alway very polite and nice. If they are not busy the wait is very short. But if they are packed it takes longer. And same as the Troy ER, that’s just normal business and common sense. ! Great facility and all the doctors PA’s and nurses do a great job.

  3. This was my first visit & I was terrified after reading the reviews.
The receptionist was as nice as could be. I loved Bennett & her nurse. The office & rooms were clean. I didn’t have but maybe a 5 minute wait, if that. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better visit.

  4. I have been a patient of Dr Bish for probably seven. I like her very much. The office staff is another matter. This is not the first situation I had like this. However, it is the most recent. Turns out they have to refer me to a cardiologist. Dr. Bish ordered a chest x-ray, which led me to a echocardiogram. They then refer me to a cardiologist in Dothan. They said to me that they would forward any testing that I had already done pertinent to this problem to the cardiologist. Yesterday, I called their office to remind them to do so if they had not done so already. Please make sure this our doctor has all the test in his hand when I walk in the door. Of course, as I drive an hour to get there, pay my co-pay, sitting wait for a good hour to an hour and a half, I find out that they did not send these tests. So it’s kind of like I went all the way over here for nothing. I paid a co-pay to do just that. So the office staff here at the cardiologist office called Sahra and asked them to forward the information. Not the brightest crayon in the box. Guess what they send? Copies of her orders for the original echocardiogram. Lord help me. You cannot fix stupid. He wants the actual ultrasound. Ggggggrrrrrrrrrr 😡

  5. Started seeing M Bennett for primary care, and I am very impressed with her and the entire staff. Very kind and thorough, and all the staff takes time to make sure your comfortable and actually heard. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
