Donât go thru this place if you expect to have professionals handling your livelihood, organization, correct information, or want to get ur money on time. This place is the worst. No one ever knows anything and they donât care about you. Carla, Catherine the program manager, Victoria the director and all the âcareer coachesâ are all trash and the need to be fired.
Office is unprofessional and they are using funding and not actually hiring the youth. We got letters saying congratulations on your employment but was told they ran out of funding and wasnât actually hiring at the time but we received letters saying we where employed. Been leaving messages for the lady Karla who refuse to answer any of our calls and have left several messages for supervisor also and have yet to receive a call back. Shiela is the supervisor and we havenât got a call back yet!!!! They refuse to follow up!!!
They barely help you, if youâre on a program they donât tell you about your case worker until itâs too late. Then if they take any notes they will count it against you. Good luck if you go to them.
I have been coming here for a couple months and I havenât had a complaint until today. I was treated very poorly by receptionist Stephanie, asking why I was there and insisted I show her proof of it. That felt very aggressive and I felt harassed.
Everything is unprofessional. The desk ladies are always talking and every single one of them look like they donât have clue on what theyâre doing; the career people too. The whole staff is an example that they hire whoever. The security guard is very nice though! Love ya dawg
