Good prices, but good luck getting them to answer their phone to make a payment. Had a couple occasions they let me ring until closing time. They never call back either if you leave a voicemail.
This company has screwed me & my husband multiple times. The first time the girl sitting at the desk when you walk in was taking pictures of our car to get insurance and she was in a hurry so I guess she didn’t add it in and we thought we had insurance but turns out we didn’t. I also payed online once and they said I didn’t so I had to pay DOUBLE that same month. They are literally just taking money from people. And apparently you are supposed to renew your insurance card every 6 months which is 320 dollars? Well we weren’t told, so now we are gonna have to pay more money for our tags next year because of them!!! They keep screwing people over which is ridiculous!!! So therefore we will be taking our business elsewhere. I don’t usually complain about places, but they are horrible. The customer service also really sucks. Also if I could put no stars I would.
I love how cheap it is here I paid under 50 for liability and bumped it up to full coverage on both cars and pay less than 130.00 so pleased because others wanted way more and the people were very friendly. Thank you SOS.

I came by SOS insurance agency to renew my auto insurance policy and I was greeted by smiling faces and great attitudes!! Pamela and Sherry quickly got me my quote and had me out the door insured and ready to go in 20 minutes…thank you ladies. I’m old-fashioned customer service goes a long way in my book. Also I forgot to take pictures but it does not look like a thrift store lol.
