Maintenance is great…that’s about it. The property has become terrible in the last two years. Horrible tenants with no respect to others after quiet hours. Recently a rodent issue on the property too. (Only say this cause they cost me 10k in wiring harness repair on my car parked in the garage)
Photos shown: termite damage (it’s in many places on the property. Garbage being left outside for days by neighbors & messed up garage door that has been that way for months.
Front office unfortunately can’t or don’t stick with their own rules of the complex or at least keeps record of people not following the rules. They stated that cars not parked in their assigned spots or with passes will be towed and NON HAVE BEEN MOVED.
They don’t stick to what they say unless it makes them money.
We have lived at Sonoma for just about 2 years now and other than a couple issues upon move in (which we contacted the main office about) it has been a pretty easy place to live. We have had to put in a handful of service requests in during our time here (usual maintenance – ex: clogged drains, sink leaks, burned out light bulbs, bathroom fans etc) and have encountered a handful, if not all of the maintenance staff. Having said that, there is one individual who needs to be recognized for his service and who I am always stoked to see at the door to repair whatever issue, James. From the beginning James has taken fantastic care of us whenever we have an issue that requires repair. He is a huge component to our positive experience here at Sonoma. Thanks James!!
I just want to give a big shout out to Brittany / Sonoma Community! Their entire team is not only professional but show kindness when talking to them on the phone. Their maintenance team is outstanding, every-time we have a maintenance issue they are there for us residents! Last weekend I had some maintenance issues in our home and due to a busy work week for us , we been delaying it dreading is going to take some time to complete but that was not the case. Technician Jesus came in and was fast , efficient and very professional! Thank u for taking care of my home! It shows the great leadership behind him so thank you guys for always being there for all your residents. We appreciate you!
Elkin is a great guy. He helped us with our necessities immediately and treats residents respectfully. He’s a very nice person and always has a smile on his face. Great to have a maintenance team like this here!
Nice little secure community that is within comfortable walking distance to an elementary school. Friendly maintenance staff address any issues promptly. James in particular has been very helpful in addressing some issues in my apartment. Definitely would recommend this apartment community in Irvine.
