Had to rip open my grilled cheese to try and figure out what all of this brown stuff is in my cheese kind of looked like thin slices of steak or a whole bunch of gunk from the grill. I also waited in a bay for like 10 min with no answer so went through the drive through.
This has to be one of the worst franchise locations I have ever been to. They are always out of ingredients and half the time cannot complete your order. The staff here are either incompetent and can’t efficiently complete their required job duties or have absolutely no regard for the their customers time or convenience, the wait time here to receive you our order is ridiculous and sometimes reaches up to and excess of 25 min. Horrible experience.
Terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for our order and eventually had to cancel. There were no more than 6 cars there during this period. Everyone just sitting waiting. Hit the call button to let them know to cancel and they wanted to know exactly what we had. We just left, glad they didn’t have my card charge at that time.
This is the worst Sonic ever and has been for a while. It always takes forever for orders to come out even when placed ahead of time on the app. When I visited the other day I checked in and waited about 10 minutes before my drink was brought out. They maybe had 1-2 other cars there including the drive thru. In the time I waited multiple employees came out to assist another employee with a flat tire and a young lady walked out taking selfies on her phone. When my order came out the lady confirmed the drink order and I told her that it was wrong. She went inside and the young lady that was taking pics came outside shortly after and brought me the same exact wrong drink. I had to go through the drive thru in order to get it made correctly. This isn’t even the worst experience I’ve had here. I stopped coming for a while thinking they would get better. It’s been over a year and this store has gotten worse
Had a custom made sundae!! The lady handled my extras easily and was nice while doing so!! That goes a long way…. Some workers don’t want to do any extras!!!
