Iāve been to this place a couple times and they never change. They always have worse and worse service. Their food really sucks. I got a soggy burger. š š they get mad when you ask for barbecue sauce I even paid her extra..
Placed a mobile order with an pick up time of 7:51pm, checked in a little early as I donāt live far. The screen says someone is coming out with my order around 8:10, not a big deal, no one shows up, 8:15 we flag someone down and he asks if weāve already order and explain and he says itāll be right out after getting my name. He comes out with a receipt asking if itās my order- itās not, he goes back inside and comes back a few minutes later to tell me that theyāre out of stock on some items. I ask for a refund and he agrees and walks away. I wait another 10 minutes thinking that heāll coming back out with a refund receipt, no. I had to go to them and ask for it and the guy who gave it to me acted like it was the worldās biggest inconvenience, blaming multiple call outs and a new hire. Iām still waiting for the refund to process.
Go to this place if you want your credit card information stolen ! 08/24/24 @ 9:16 p.m I got my food for āfreeā because their system wouldnāt read my card . As soon as I left establishment I get a notification that my card was charged for a large amount on a website I never order from . Tried talking to manager as a civilized human being and would not provide corporates number or general manager . I will have to file a police report since they donāt answer the phone. Called my bank and said my card never even got swiped since it was a business debit card it would have gone through.
Now donāt come for me. I donāt care for their food. I only go for their desserts.
I recommend the Oreo cheesecake shake. Very delicious. Pricey for a medium size but it was worth the penny. Will be back!
I wanted to give sonic another try. Again disappointed. Made a mobile order and waited about 30 min for a small shake and breadstick. By time my food got to me my shake was pretty much liquid and the breadstick was warm to cool. I really want to give this place a good review from my old times coming to sonic in the 90s but idk. This place is not the same anymore.
