Ordered a blast and shake, didn’t get any whipped cream or cherries. Also ordered extra topping on the blast and there was barely anything through out out, got to a point I was just eating vanilla ice cream. Also took a while to receive our order. Saw someone backing out of drive thru while we were there. First and last time at this location
It’s Thursday 11pm ordered a small strawberry shake a lemonade and a small fry. It took forever to get our order and the shake was so thick needed a spoon and it wasn’t blended. The fries were so good, should have got a large
Last night was told 1/2 prices could only be ordered online. I left and returned so I wouldn’t hold up the line. Now- one night later, I am unable to order it online for 1.99. However, I can order every size that cost more than the 1/2 $1.99 shake. Based on other reviews, the owner or manager is doing some shady stuff. Corporate should look into the bad name this location is creating.
The cheese sticks were nice and hot, so the cheese melted!

I am so disappointed with Sonic! My partner loves their pineapple milk shakes, but they stopped making them years ago. So, he started getting their cherry milk shakes that were made with the cherry juice from the cherries they put on top of your shakes. However, NOW they refuse to make cherry milk shakes. I asked if he could use the cherry juice like they had done in the past, but he refused. It seems they have a different manager who doesn’t like to make their customers happy.
I arrived after 7 pm. for the 1/2 off special but was told that it is only online. REALLY SONIC!?! This is how you are doing business? I DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE! So you are screwing the rest of us out of your specials because we don’t trust putting our credit cards out there. NICE! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SONIC!
PS your employees are more interested in their personal conversations than they are at taking care of your customers. Just thought you should know.
