Went to Sonic this afternoon of 9/10/24 after 1pm. First I thought the place was closed so I drove to the window. I was met with someone that needs to make payments towards a personality. What is customer service. He was absent that day or lifetime. I ordered two beef hot dogs, mango lemonade and ice tea. Usually when you say thank you to someone they say youâre welcome. Not at this location. If this is the best in the interview Iâll stay away from this location. I only g to Sonic cuz my husband loves the mango lemonade. Not a problem for me to stay away. The best employee at this location is the older lady thatâs an asset to this company.
Liz is amazing! I come multiple times a day and she is amazing and always fast with service! She always has a smile on her face! She cleans more than she has too lol but no matter whatâs going on she will always make you feel welcomed! Donât underestimate sonic employees especially liz! They will make you laugh no matter what kind of day your having! Sonic give her a raise!
Most pathetic I have ever seen any drive thru service,, there was no car behind me or at front but I waited from more than 15 minutes. super slow and very bad service..even the quantity is worst. I spend $15 for 1 combo but I never see this low quantity comparing to other places. And when they gave me soda from window it all opened and spill on me and my car window.
The wait was fairly long, and upon ordering, we were told that they didnât have ice cream cones. Instead, they offered to put the soft serve in a dish, which we said was okay. Again, the drive-through took a substantial amount of time, and at the window, they had got our order wrong (2 instead of 3 ice creams). The worst part, however was the hair found in one of the ice cream âdishesâ. Weirdly enough this is the SECOND time Iâve found hair in my order from Sonic.
Just like the usual f McDonaldâs, theyâre not fast food anymore when you wait 15 minutes for your junks food order , unreliable customer service to assist you or even recognize you. California state thinking about raising their minimum to $22 per hour , hell no they donât provide essential service to earn it.
