Had a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, they forgot the bacon(drive through, found out a mile down the road), burger was just OK, no real flavor. Fries are just OK the only thing that was good were the chicken strips. Best thing about this place was the service, very friendly and seemed excited about their work.
I was the only car in the drive thru. I placed my order was told the price drove to window. After sitting waiting for someone to get my money, I was told they have no bacon. I don’t like sausage. So I left with French toast sticks and 2 tatertots. I know it’s hard on worker’s these days so I wasn’t rude to her. The property looked pretty dirty and old. I unfortunately will not return to this location.
Why is there no service at the park and order section, but only at the drive thru??? No one answers after the red button is pushed. AND Drive thru is terribly SLOW. I ended up driving away. Terrible service, to no service. What’s going on with these Sonics in Fresno and Clovis? It is evident DEI is running these places.
Terrible service, we order 1 small drink and it takes over 10 minutes. There were 2 young workers, one female one male, the female was claiming to the manager. They then proceeded to kick us out. Absolutely unreal, needs new staff ASAP.
Food was good. But we didn’t get exactly what we ordered. Called to let them know and see about bringing the wrong items back and their phone lines are disconnected. Not sure how they could mix a Double Super a sonic w/bacon and give us a plain chicken sandwich 😂. Received small fries/tots even though we paid for a medium.
As others have mentioned, service could be better, but it was not bad.
