First time here and have already been a couple times now, great location, the parking lot is very busy, there is a structure and very limited spaces outside. Large store once inside service at the register was slow but friendly staff. Large selection, very clean store, surprisingly no homeless outside. Would recommend this location and will return.
A grocery store with typical and bulk products at good prices. I enjoyed browsing the aisles as everything was very neat and the store looks well maintained. There is free 90 minute parking for customers out front. It’s within walking distance to the shopping centre.

A few days passed when the realization popped in that pre-paid products were left at the cashier stand as the employees switched cash boxes in the middle of a customer’s purchase.
Jonathan helped, but stated due 2 store #policy charge card was physically needed.
Next attempt on the next day the sun was such a #scorcher my mind had immediately erased where I had placed the store receipt with Jonathan’s circled items and signature to validate the paid and forgotten items at the cashier stand.
Store Manager #Benji was amazing to find the duplicate receipt inside the side office.
It took him no more than 5 minutes & his cashier #Claudia processed the cash refund.
I was impressed, reminded, & grateful how important building rapport is.
I truly believed the odds were stacked against a resolution, but Faith led the way… #ThankYou @Smart&FinalExtra for a very pleasant and friendly customer service experience. 🇺🇲💯👍
I been shopping here for over 1 year now and it’s getting worse every time it seem’s like. When I first started shopping here everything was fine but now the fruit is horrible. The strawberries are alway’s molded and dried up and the grapes are always brownish looking. I work with Smart and Final DC and I’m really trying to support my company by shopping with them but man i can only take so much. There’s always only 1 cashier/ line open smh. Out of like 5 different line’s only 1 be open. This location need’s to get it together.

Manager: TEO GOMEZ
Manager admitted there were confusing signs for parking which cost me $17, but refused to do anything about it. He said it was because they had old parking spots there.
He was very determined to not help, pretty much laughing me out of the store.
Why don’t you (Smart & Final) do something about the signs? I must not be the only one that thinks the parking lot in this picture is for Smart & Final.
I wrote Corporate an email too, but obviously they don’t care.
Other people MUST have issues with their customer service.
