The food was very tasty. We went there for breakfast. They serve breakfast till 11.30 am. We ordered pancake, it was mouth watering. We also ordered shakes and smoothies, it was average. After that we ordered a millet bowl, it was nice, I never had anything like that before.
The staff is polite. It’s a bit expensive.
We visited for dinner with quite high expectations after seeing the high ratings online. We ordered a non alcoholic, watermelon juice based drink Armodovar, crispy chicken tacos, and non veg mezzo Platter. To start with, the drink didn’t taste of anything, it was like sipping on coloured water. It also came with ice cube the size of an iceberg. The tacos tasted good, but the portion size of the small plate was tiny and not at all value for money. The Non veg mezzo platter again had zero taste and flavour. We ate because it had cost us money. It was an extremely disappointing visit and a complete waste of time and money. The ambiance too is boring and meh. Khan market should do much better than this.
Sly Granny is a lovely little spot for some good food and some really good cocktails. Like all restaurants at Khan Market this one too is located on the first floor and there is no lift. The interiors are lovely and the staff is courteous and polite. For appetizers we had the crispy chicken and fries. The chicken was cooked perfectly but was low on flavour. In the drinks we tried the Colbert’s Folly and the Posh G&T, both were so amazing. For the mains we had the spaghetti meatballs which was delicious. Definitely recommend this place if you are in Khan Market.
I usually pick dishes depending on what I see but in their case menu doesn’t have pictures so I chose my options depending on specified calories. Rib chops were huge but okay with their taste. They serve it with mashed potatoes and asparagus and likely they lowered calories quite a lot. Be careful! Broccoli and spinach were okay also. Nothing much about this place, average food quality for these items.
If you’re in the mood for meat dishes, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out. The steak my friend had when we visited was thick and looked tantalizing. The spaghetti I ordered was generously loaded with meat as well. The only downside was the limited beer selection.
