1. When we got in the room it was super hot like a sauna. I guess they leave the A/C off until you enter and turn it on yourself. The Bathroom was not clean. I wipe everything down with Clorox wipes when I stay somewhere and the toilet alone was disgusting as if it was never cleaned in the first place. The tub was backed up when showering that the water was at my ankles and I fell and bruised my ankle. Was told they have complimentary breakfast but the gnats was feasting on the food when we got down stairs at 6:15am when breakfast opens at 6. Gnats were all over the bread and bagels which was inside a plastic container that was opened. Even gnats all over the juice machine there was an alarming amount of gnats. It wasn’t until my aunt mentioned to the front desk man that there were gnats that they put the bread into a closed container when I’m pretty sure the man seen it anyways cause he came into the breakfast area right after we walked in. ‘Room service’ doesn’t service anything but change the trash and place fresh towels in the room (we brought our own towels and rags and glad we did cause theirs were dingy). The bed was not made. The tub..which had a obvious ring around it because it doesn’t drain, was not cleaned. The bed was not made. It is in a very suspicious side of town because there is constantly people who appear homeless or on drugs that walk between the hotels and Waffle House. There was a man that stayed in the parking lot day and night who had other people pull up to his car and they hang out there all day and night. We tried to be cautious where we parked. Upon the morning of us leaving which we were only there two days…someone broke into our truck. Our vehicle was the only vehicle broken into. This was such a horrible experience. Attempts to speak with management have not been successful. The morning of the break in she was not available. When I called in the evening she’s not available. The worst experience when staying somewhere. This was a huge trip with other relatives staying in the same hotel who also didn’t have great experience.

2. Didn’t get pictures, but the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the ladies are not the most friendly but oh well food was good and hot. The guy at night when we checked in was not friendly and left the lobby bathroom nasty for the morning crew. I would stay again.

3. This hotel is located in a shady part of town. They allowed a tailgate party in the parking lot. The hotel dollies were rickety. The elevator was scary. It too was in such bad shape they recommend only 2 people at a time even though the sign said 1200 lbs. Although the caulk around the tub was new it had mold, and the workmanship was shoddy. ONE POSITIVE, The bed was more comfortable than some 5 star hotels.

4. Our room was clean and in order. All expected amenities were present. Staff was very helpful getting a room last minute as it was late and our first reservation was terrible. They saved our night for sure and I will absolutely stay at that location again while traveling. Breakfast was provided and was clean and actually pretty good for continental breakfast. It is pet friendly and there is ample room for your pet to go on walks that is well lit and seems safe. My only complaint is the tv was not set up for streaming cable service however it does come with movie channels. Wifi is also good and was even able to handle some gaming on a laptop. This location is far better than some of the cheaper options in the area. Save yourself the headache and come here.

5. Great location and near everything.
   Room needs some work. And the smell is a bit overbearing.
   A/C unit isn’t working properly in my room. Hairdryer is completely broken and needs to be replaced.
   Lastnights stay was like “Glamping”
   I will say this location needs some improvements.
