  1. Derek Perkins with Skelton’s Heating, Cooling Plumbing provided the most outstanding service . He was very knowledgeable, thorough and made sure that I got the best bang for my money. I will provide another review after my equipment has been installed . He did an awesome job getting me ready for my installation.

    Now that my new unit has been installed as of yesterday July 3, 2024. My air is nice and cold just how I like it. The installers Jason, Dakota & JB arrived on time as scheduled . They were very professional and provided the most impeccable service from the time they arrived until they left my home . They were all courteous and very knowledgeable. They made sure the heat and the air was working before they left . Jason walked me through setting up my digital thermostat on my phone as well as walked me through how to work it. Last but not least they cleaned up my attic and home , there was no damage to anything .I would highly recommend this company to family and friends .

    5 days later air still working and I am a happy Customer. Please keep up the good work

  2. Really great team. All involved answered questions and were very dedicated and hard working. Highly recommend them.most surprise was the full replacement of my system was done the day after I first contacted them. Also if financing is needed they will walk you through that process with available options. Product and service were outstanding.

  3. For the past 2 days my AC drain line was stopped up, I had been trying to clear it so that it would work until I could get someone out to the house to take a look at it. In the past I’ve used some other companies and they have always given me high repair bills, or said that I needed a new system ( while saying there’s nothing we can do).

    So I decided to try Skelton, I called the number fully expecting to go to voicemail, or to reach a call center that didn’t care.

    When I called, I spoke to a very pleasant lady on the phone, who understood what was going on and gave genuine empathy to the situation. I asked her if someone could come out tomorrow and take a look at it, and give me a quote on a new system. She stated, “ we can definitely do that, but if I could get a tech out tonight would you prefer that?”

    I was shocked, I didn’t think at 6:00pm on a Sunday before a holiday that would even be an option. I agreed, and with in 20 minutes Landon called, and asked if it would be alright for him to come tonight to take a look, and get it taken care of. He drove an hour from where he lived to my home, and immediately got to work. Landon was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. He answered all of my questions, and gave me genuine feedback on the system and why it was behaving the way it was. Once he was done, he informed me about their Servicing membership, and gave me the benefits of joining. I ended up going ahead with the membership. He gave us the quote for a new system, and it was very decent compared to other companies I spoke with.

    I will be using them in the future for my servicing, and when I do decide to get a new system.

  4. Ethan was professional from the moment he arrived. He provided detailed explanations of the problem and arranged to have professionals come and remedy the situation and bring it to code. The cost was reasonable and our confidence in Skelton’s was magnified. Thanks Ethan.

    Kurtis and his crew arrived on time and immediately set to work replacing the old HVAC unit with a new TRANE. They worked efficiently and as quietly as possible taking the old unit in the attic and the outside unit away and installing the new one.
    We were impressed that they came fully prepared with foot coverings, canvas floor coverings, and a patio cover. They came fully prepared in spite of inclement weather.
    We were invited to inspect the unit and taught how to manipulate the new digital thermostat.
    We are highly satisfied.
