Had a very good experience with Rufat of SimpleFix Appliance Repair. In initial call very courteous, professional and clear about his work. He fixed my Microwave which was not heating. He diagnosed the problem correctly. Will use him again for other appliances also and highly recommend him.
Rufat was quick to respond and did an amazing job fixing our broken dryer. The steam valve broke and continued to spray water into our dryer, filling it up fast. Rufat came on a weekend within 15 mins and stopped the leak. He came back on Monday and repaired the unit fully. We were very happy to have the dryer up and running again. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Rufat was very responsive on Yelp messaging and tried to make time to come help us (even after 5pm) with his busy schedule. I’ve contacted about two dozen vendors on Yelp for the same issue and many of them told me they didn’t know how to work with the dryer model we have. Rufat also hadn’t worked with this model but still figured it out and fixed it quickly, also told me beforehand that he wouldn’t charge me if he couldn’t fix it. With all the vendors I contacted who offered to provide their service, Rufat’s quote was the lowest without any add-on/hidden charges. will definitely reach out to him again for further maintenance.
Our Bosch microwave completely died, not even the clock worked. Thought it was the breaker, but it was not. Called another repair place and they charged a fee to come out and look at it. Then tried to tell us our 2 year old Bosch microwave had a bad circuit board and wanted over $700 to replace it. Did not seem right. Called SimpleFix Appliance Repair and Rufat came right out. He first checked the door locks, then the fuse, then the board. All were ok. He then checked the power cable and that was the problem. One of the 3 wires was bad as he was able to verify that was the case when he plugged in his own power cord and it worked. Took a few days to order the part from Bosch and Rufat was able to get it working again shortly after. He was so nice and polite when we had questions. I would hire him again and will recommend him to all my friends and family. It is really hard to find an honest repair person and really glad we called SimpleFix.
