Beautiful property, very well maintained, quiet neighborhood. Management is on top of all maintenance needs, as well as making improvements to all of the buildings such as new stucco and new sliding glass doors. The manager Sarah is personable and friendly, and always available for her tenants.
Sierra Meadows is amazing!!! I have experienced many terribly managed apartments but Sierra Meadows truly is a God send. The property manager Sarah is the sweetest person alive and with her, you get more than a leasing manager, you get a friend. I have personally witnessed the way Sarah cares for her tenants and she does everything she can to help you live comfortably and feel like you can call this place home. The maintenance manager, Brandon, is such a sweetheart and does everything he can to fix issues in a timely manner. He is a very busy guy but always takes the time to follow up and make sure that the work order is completed to satisfaction. Sarah and Brandon are an amazing team! I can’t wait to see their current projects be brought to life. Moving in to Sierra Meadows is like taking a breath of fresh air you didn’t know you needed! Highly recommend these apartments!
Love living here so much I’ve been here ten years. Been here through a few managers and I can say Sarah has been the best. Friendly, always looking for ways to improve living here and so helpful. The maintenance crew is always helpful and friendly too.
Best place to call home. I have lived for 3 years now, and the place is an absolute gem. Apartment property is always clean. Sarah, the manager, cares about her tenants and the maintenance fixes problems in a timely manner. Quiet place, friendly neighbors and great Manger, what is not to love about this place.
We’ve lived at this location for a little more than a year. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are friendly, management tends to repairs in a very timely manner. They are in the process of upgrading the apartments, we got new energy efficient sliding glass doors. They are planning on replacing all windows with energy efficient windows, and I’ve heard that they will be updating the kitchen. Rent is very reasonable, considering the location. Quiet, clean and accountable management, I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
