Sides did a fantastic job handling our daughter’s repair after the front of her vehicle was hit by another driver. Their communication was top-notch and everything was taken care of between them and the other party’s insurance. Highly recommend!
Sides East Auto Body Repair just finished (8/2024) repairing our Ford F150 truck. We were hit by a drunk driver and had damage amounting to estimate of $1500. Sides did an excellent job with our repairs, on the bed of the truck and driver’s side cab, they were timely, kept us informed and customer service was excellent!
Though my car was done quick I have a few complaints. I reached out to my insurance company who connected me to sides and have yet to hear back from them still. My car went in and came out with a ton of new scratches and my back right passenger window does not go down. Granted the door had to be replaced because I was hit there but still the window doesn’t go down! The first picture is my car the DAY it went in and the second picture is my car the day my boyfriend picked it up. The third picture is that back window that had no damage previously just the door. When he made a comment about them he was told I said the scratches were there so he left with the car since I was working. Disappointing but glad I got my car back.
Excellent job on my car repair. Promises were kept and car was returned 3 day early. I love the text messsge updates excellent source of customer service. Staff was nice, efficient and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Sides!
I recommend this company to anyone needing body work and repairs to their vehicle. They communicated with me via text with notifications and status updates. If I ever have another wreck, ( which I hope not) I will definitely use them again. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the work done to my car!!! 5 stars!
