Great doctor. I’m coming to this office for the past 15 years .
Extremely helpful with any health issues. Taking time to explaining any of your health issues.
Dr. Shelton is a great doctor in our community, the place is not a fancy office but the way he treat us is the most important aspect of his profession. My husband and I go every year to get our B-12 shots and for our blood work, yes we need more doctors like him.
I can not believe any negative opinion .. Dr. Shelton is a good doctor who helped me a few years ago with a throat infection problem, another doctor said that I needed surgery.
But he gave me a treatment and I did not have to get to a surgery room.
I think he’s an excellent doctor and his price rates are within reach of his pockets.
The only problem is the staff for me is bad. If they focused on being profeccionales and elevating what it is to know about constumer services with patients, it would be a great advantage for this center.
But I will always be grateful to the Doctor.
I accompanied my father to get a refill on his medication since he had one more on his prescription. The doctors assistants weren’t the nicest people but that wasn’t my main issue. The girls told us that the refill wasn’t valid anymore and he would have to see the doctor but they would double check with him. The doctor came in and had my dad go in to the exam room, checked his blood pressure. He walked my dad out and charged him for an “exam” that we did not ask for or agreed to. The girls demanded that we pay for that and then added two bottles of his medication to the bill. I tried to reach an agreement with them and they became belligerent with me and my father. I really did not like the service they provided at all.
The worst attitude from the receptionist, I told her since I got there that we speak Spanish, and she started talking English to my fiancee asking for a covid test, which is mandatory they said, no matter your symptoms or causes known. The physician support that treatment from the receptionist. This place should hire a people person instead a person giving bad attitude to people in general
