For all the people who havenât received their packages consider it a good thing. The quality sucks. At best Iâll wear it to the gym. But you will not catch me outside with these clothes at the bar or museum it doesnât matter. I will say Iâm happy it was cheap in price but you get what you pay for. I can imagine after one wash the shirts will just go to heck. I might actually just return it all and go for something more sturdy. I donât want disposables
I honestly think that this website should deserve a -5 star review. This is the worst website ever. Temu is much better. It has been only 20 day and when I donât like my unused item they say that I canât return it. I got really busy in the last 20 day that forgot to return the items on the second day. I swear that I will never order anything from this scamming website that frauds people. It does sell stuff for cheap but the quality of the items are much cheaper. It told me that if I bought items for 10 bucks, I would get a $200 coupon. But that was a scam to make you fall in their trick and waste your precious money that you work so hard just to get. I advice others to not even install SHEIN. I was a fool who just didnât read the reviews before ordering. I would say that you should go to Temu b/c they give you 6 free gifts just to invite people. And the quality is good. If the quality is not good them they let you keep the item and they also refund the money back into your account. In Shein you have to return the item to the post office and they donât give a refund. Plus they sell RETURNED ITEMS!!!!!! If you want to save money donât buy anything from shein.
I am extremely disappointed with this company! I ordered a swimsuit for my daughter. Only the top 1/2 arrived. I contacted SHEIN through their app by texting them to notify them about the delivery issue for the order that I placed with them. Unfortunately, SHEIN went on to further irritate me by asking me for a photo or video of the item that I ordered! I made a video of the package with the barcode.Today I received an email asking me if I want a discount or if I want to return the top 1:2 of the swimsuit. Why canât this company ship out what the customer orders & pays for?
SHEIN does not have a customer service phone number for you to speak with a representative regarding any issues about anything that you order. I wonât ever order another item for my daughter from this company the future. There are too many companies in this world who want your business.
Definitely scam! Received a phone cover that only covers the back of my phone when they showed a completely different picture online. Thereâs no live customer service. Donât even try it! A waste of money and time.
