Mark was absolutely awesome. He was very honest, incredibly kind, flexible, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, even patiently explaining things I was unfamiliar with. There was no stressful haggling, just respectful consideration. He was able to give me a car I love, without compromise.
The price was perfect, and I can’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. There were several great cars on the lot, competitively priced. I would send the people I love to Shaw’s Auto.
I’m so impressed with the process and how much better it was than any of the major and minor dealerships I’ve been to during my car buying process. They’re not going to price gouge you, there’s nothing sketchy going on here. For women, car buying can be a frustrating process filled with condescension, there was none of that here, which was a huge relief.
They’re focused on relationships, and building trust with their customers. Completely worth the drive, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be buying from them again. I highly recommend buying from Shaw’s Auto Sales.
Buying a vehicle is somewhat stressful, and kind of overwhelming. In my opinion at least…I get anxiety a bit. But the gentlemen here were so friendly and down to earth, they made it seem like there was no need to worry or be stressed. I appreciated it very much. I bought my car from them last year with an extended warranty. And I will say that I’m so glad I did. I had to take it in for an issue and they took care of it, didn’t question anything, had it done quickly and back to me before I knew it. It’s like they really take care of their own. It’s great. I always tell anyone who’s looking for a car to go there. They are great 👍

He made me feel confident in the process of purchasing a new car, and I am also grateful that they do trade-ins as well. I didn’t feel pressured at all, and Noe was very professional and he was such a help with everything. I got a great deal on a 2015 Mercedes C300. A luxury car for a budget. I was bringing the car for repairs to Mercedes Fresno. They charged me 6k$ for repairs which was fine. But right after I had picked the car up at Mercedes of Fresno the turbo charger didn’t work. First they said they would repair that for no additional charge because probably their fault but then they wanted 7k$. I was very disgruntled and contacted Shawn Auto Sales they were able to just repair the actual broken part for 800$. They did a great job and sfed me from getting bankrupt.
