Mrs. Adrian (Adrienne?) the customer service representative was so very helpful yesterday in advocating for my dental PPO issue that I had and even stayed on the phone with another representative from another company to make sure that my questions were fully answered and that I was taken care of! Not to mention, she was very sweet. Thank you so much for all you do!

  2. Trying to determine how I was to access care was a bit rough (urgent vs wait), but once on track for Urgent all went well. Check-in staff friendly, efficient, helpful, and professional. Wait to be seen for walk-in was quick. Provider was compassionate and caring-looked at my record before seeing me; listened and asked appropriate questions; and provided Rx with instructions and how to assess condition after initiating treatment.

  3. Absolute outstanding service all around. My mother is 98 years old. She was hospitalized due to a recurring illness. The hospital staff was phenomenal. The online staff was outstanding as well. My special kudos to Mariann for her bright personality and assisting me through often overlooked customer service. Finally able to have some laughs just minutes after I got my mom home. Thank you, Sharps. Thank you, Mariann.

  5. Patient care is excellent. The problem is billing. Almost every time I am seen, receive a call, go to the lab, immunization… practically everything, I am over charged. I am charged for Items that don’t require copay or over charged for other items. It takes hours on the phone to correct.
    I’ve come to believe billing follows the “throw it up against the wall and see if it sticks” method. I find it extremely irritating, highly unethical and a complete waste of time. Almost to the point where it’s not worth it to call. Oh! Wait! That’s exactly what you want, isn’t it.
