1. The amount of care and hard work this legal team put into my case was incredible. Emily is an outstanding attorney who was not afraid to take on my difficult case. My little girl is now able to have a normal relationship with her dad. And it is all thanks to this legal team encouraging me to keep moving forward, even when I felt like giving up. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to this firm for all they have done for my daughter and I. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars!

2. The review by Mike McLarty below is grossly untrue and not a reflection of Shane Taylor’s office. Also, Mike’s wife did not suddenly withhold his kids from him nor did he have to sell his home for the reasons he claims. I could list a catalog of reasons as to why he does not have access to his children, his failures as a human being, husband and father but a long hard look in the mirror as to why his life is a mess and he lives in abject poverty sickly and alone. My advice to anyone reading these reviews – if you want to be a good non-custodial parent you should show up for your kids and not go months without speaking to them, forfeiting visitation for a year or more, forgetting their birthdays, and not paying child support.

3. I recently completed a long, drawn out divorce/custody case that Shane and his team represented me in. This was completed in 2021, and unfortunately came back recently with some issues. They jumped back into it and quickly resolved all issues. Emily worked the case and was fantastic. Abby helped as well and kept me in the loop the whole time. This teams communication and commitment to the case was incredible. They worked tirelessly to obtain the desired outcome that was in the best interest of me and my daughter. Shane and his team are worth every dollar spent and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing representation.

4. My experience with Mr. Taylor and his staff was outstanding! I inquired with them after my previous attorney left me in a disastrous situation with my divorce. They picked up the “crazy” with a care and consideration like no other. They gave me confidence to fight for my rights as a father after they had been stripped away from me. Emily represented me in court and despite being handed a case where I had been poorly represented and basically handed over to the other party’s tyrannical demands did a fantastic job defending me against absurd accusations and false narratives. Shane represented me in mediation and once again, I had someone who made me feel like I truly had support, he handled everything as if it were his own, carefully navigating me through the process. Last, but certainly not least was the phenomenal Abby Jay!! Abby was concise, helpful, resourceful, kind and always offering the most pleasant disposition through some rather tough situations. I am truly grateful for the whole team at Shane Taylor & Associates. I would not only recommend them I will use them again if necessary.

5. This is an excellent team!! I used “Shane A. Taylor & Associates, P.C.” for my divorce/child custody. They were extremely helpful throughout my case. I am a hands off type of person when dealing with situations outside of my expertise. They allowed me to do just that while giving me the option to be more involved.

   Cadberry was able to answer all of my questions and calm my concerns.

   Emily Hall (my courtroom lawyer) and Abby Jay were extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well caring and reassuring.

   Shane was in the courtroom to assist with negotiations and was also extremely professional and helpful.

   I highly recommend this team for all of your family law issues!
