Not only does my KIA Telluride love when I bring it in for service down to Selma Auto Mall KIA but I also love it as well! Customer service is awesome from the curbside coffee service as you pull up to the cozy lobby with TV, electronics chargers, and a Expresso machine. They are quick, prompt, and always friendly throughout this entire place. Thanks so much guys!
Not at all happy with Kia Service and the amount of time it is taking them to do a calibration to my vehicle. It has been there for a week today with no progress. The communication has been horrible and when I called the lady was very rude. Not to mention I took it in a very long time ago for a recall and they ordered a part to this day I’ve never been called to have put on, however being how long service takes I am not sure I want to be without my car this long again!
Always a great experience. Adrien Bueno goes above and beyond. Always explains everything throughly. Taking care of my vehicle making sure it holds up to its expectations. Been coming here since I purchased my car 2 yrs ago and it’s still purring like a baby. Love it!!
