Just tried to make appointment, was told I had to come to the office,fill out a application to be reviewed by a office manager, and if she approved,then I could get a appointment then, it might take 2 weeks or more before I get a office managers approval to become a patient.this seemed discriminatory, and arrogant.the search continues.
My first time going to Selma Family Care for a new patient appointment and let me tell you, the people who work their are so nice. They actually welcome you and make you feel like a person, not just a patient. I was in desperate need of a primary care physician and decided to see them for my care. We talked about everything and they were prepared for it. My follow up’s were scheduled timely too. They were very thorough and the wait was not very long. This is a great place. All the staff are great! I highly recommend. 5 stars! And 2 thumbs up to Lauren and Danielle. If I had more thumbs, I’d put those up too. 😁
Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I felt to be in really good hands with Dr. Mason! She is very thorough; great bedside manner.
