Well this comment goes out to Chevy for the false advertisement of the EV Silverado that had a reservation fee attached to it and an original price tag of $39,999 which was limited to a certain amount available and that the next batch would probably be around 60,000. Well I showed up for a test drive after I inquired about the EV’s availability, I received a call back and was told that there was one there. So I went to check it out. I asked if the price was as stated at the time of the registration process and was told I’ll get you the info after the test drive. Long story short the price is now 106,000 so I passed on it. Now I’m wondering how hard Will it be to get my money back from the pre order deal. From the way the dealership seemed or at least acted like they’ve never heard of such a thing 🤔 guess I’ll dig up my copies and I would hate to see this turn into a class action suit because I’m a Chevy Man smh… I took a flick of the corvette and not the Silverado don’t know what I was thinking, oh I was thinking that I would be taking it home lol jokes on me huh 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😆😆🤔😢
I got a lease on a Mazda CX-30 here at the Selma auto mall. Augustine was the total best and made light out of how long the process of getting a car is. They helped me understand all the features on the car and helped me get it all on my own without a cosigner! Got my first car brand new at 19 all on my freakin own. This place was great and all the Mazda Chrysler people are so welcoming and great to be around.
This Thursday will be a month since I’ve dropped off my car at Hyundai of Selma. I bought the Hyundai at Selma Honda. They still haven’t started fixing anything. I called to make sure the car was still under warranty, they told me it had an extended warranty and to bring it by. That was on the 13th of June. Now they’re telling me my warranty contract wasn’t written up correctly over at Honda, and may need to be reworked. This seems crazy to me, that this has taken this long, and they can’t get me in a rental either. They cannot move forward until this is resolved. I’m currently waiting for a supervisor to call me with more details. We are currently looking for a second car, I’d also like suggestions where I should shop. Where do they have an excellent sales and services depts? Definitely NEVER going to Selma Auto mall again.
In the middle of negotiations for 3 hrs, with sales manger telling me he got me and will do right by me. He failed to mention in those three hrs that the car we were negotiating was sold. Spent 3 hrs for a car that was sold and him telling me he will do right by me by selling that car. Never trust Selma auto mall even the mangers. If there willing to lie to your face, there willing to waste your time, and who knows what else their lying about maybe the 20 year coverage is a lie as well.
We got a 2021 Kia Sorento brand new and have been dealing with the trim fading for the last 3 years. We contacted the Kia service team and we’ve dealt with a guy by the name of Adrian Bueno. Our car is under warranty and they said they are able to replace the parts. They fixed some parts but said the smaller window parts haven’t came in.. they said the parts for those windows are “back ordered” but Here we are almost 3 years later with only some parts fixed and Adrian still hasn’t contacted us. There are multiple issues we’ve had like the stereo static with EVERY station and a pull our car does when we put it in park. I am very disappointed with the service from Kia. I will never purchase a car from Selma Kia ever again.
