  1. Omar walked out on the job and left it incomplete. Never met such an incompetent technician. He said, “I don’t need this,” got in his van and drove away. His only response to me was that the heating in his house doesn’t work either. As a technician, you’d think he could fix the heating in his own place.

    In summary, our heating system does not work, just as it didn’t before he arrived. This was after the other Sears technician never even came to the Tuesday appointment a few days before. Good luck calling anyone because there is no phone number, only an automated system.

    The technician was really really good! Responsive, nice, very knowledgeable and efficient. Super pro! Fixed the problem in no time at all!

  3. Sareth (my assigned technician) came well within their scheduled time frame and inspected my washer. Within minutes was able to diagnose and address the problem.

    He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

    Only complaint is the price for labor/time.
    (with 10% discount applied) price was $216
    They were only here from 8:38am – 9:10 (~30min) and tightened a bolt, and ran some diagnostics.

    The price should have been capped at the diagnostic price of $109 since there was no parts required for a fix and the time was minimal.

    No complaints with the technician, only with the pricing

Stated gas valve is broken so couldn’t do work but when he tried to show me the photo it was taking 10 minutes to find the photo so seemed like he didn’t actually just take a picture or it would have been on the top of his list of photos. Not to mention he was the second tech who was out and the first one never mentioned said damage he claimed.
