Technician arrived within the set appointment time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my dryer and then also quickly fixed the appliance. The service was professional and courteous.
Although the news was not good for my dryer, the service tech was on time, called when on his way & very knowledgable about the issue with my dryer. He took the time & made certain the exact issue before he left. I wish the tech that diagnosed my dryer & ordered parts replaced had done that and saved me 400 on repairs that were.never going to fix it. I appreciate his honesty even though it wasnt what I wanted to hear! Thank You for everything!
The first tech that was sent out 05/30/24 didn’t have a ladder that was tall enough to reach the second floor. Perhaps the service request should have an option on it as to how many stories tall a house is, or whoever writes up the service call should look at google maps elevations to see what the tech would be up against. That way you won’t make unnecessary trips, that are costly on both peoples part, the customer and you. That being said Adrian was wonderful, very helpful, and explained what had happened and what he did to fix the problem. So I give five stars to Adrian and three stars to the service writer and Benito because Benito failed to mention that an extension ladder was necessary.
CANT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE!!
We rescheduled and PRE paid for our service. They now state that I didn’t quadruple confirm my parts came in when I did on email. They sent me a confirmation my appointment was earlier, now they are saying it is not happening!
I can’t get a hold of any human. There is no customer service and we have been out of a washer for 3 weeks now.
I don’t like leaving reviews but, the Sears repair technician was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He pointed out the problem with my AC unit and handled it the same day, and just in time because we have many triple digit days ahead.
