  1. Tech was on time, polite, did the job quickly. Tech gets 5 stars. Service Management that controls pricing gets one star.

    The price was outrageous! $300 for less than 15 minutes work. The part was $140.
    I will never use Sears Service again because of price.

  2. The technician was fine. Told me I would have to wait for my parts until the 31st. That was three weeks. He said if they came in sooner to call and they would come out and install them earlier. There is absolutely no way of contacting you. My parts came in in two days. So we rescheduled online got a confirmation had to leave where I was that day. Came home to wait for a technician that never Called or showed up. No way to contact anybody again. Rescheduled again for the next day came home again. No one called or showed up again! Called Home warranty because you are not available. They tried and said they were finally able to get a hold of you and there would be somebody out on Saturday even though I had my son flying in from out of state. I was available! No one called no one came again. To say that I am angry is an understatement. Now it was a Saturday and Home Warranty could not get a hold of you either. They sent an email. I am beside myself and don’t even know what to do. The absolute worst customer service

  3. I really would give 4 1/2 stars, but that option was not available. The technician was wonderful! He knew what he was doing and was courteous, professional, and friendly. The only negative part was that the appointment was scheduled for a Tuesday from 1 PM to 5 PM. At 4:30 PM, I received a text saying that I was being rescheduled to the following Thursday 8 AM to 12 PM. At 11:30 AM that day I received a call saying they were rescheduling me to that afternoon. They then finally did come at about noon and fixed my oven in about an hour. I’m happy to have my oven working again that was unhappy about all the delays!

  4. I would give one star if I could. This is the 2nd time for a no show. I have been waiting 4 hours today & finally received a text they have arrived 4:59pm. Excuse me I’m here and no one is at my door. Such a total inconvenience!! Sears get your act together! Have real people answer your phones! Such a waste of my time now have to find someone else as your obviously unreliable!

    However, the quality of service provided by Sears setting up appointments is abysmal! I have never experienced worse service.
