  1. Technician didn’t do anything it was the worst experience!!
    He said he need it to turn off the valve for the gas and I told him where it was he need to go under and he was to fat to go he said he couldn’t reach it so he didn’t do anything!!!!
    He still got paid for doing nothing!!!
    Not my fault he’s big
    Not to be rude! But I can’t pay him for something he didn’t do anything at all!!! My husband offer to turned off and he refused he just didn’t want to work but wants to get paid!!! Nope sorry
    He left everything like this!!!!

    Please don’t send him ever again!!!

  2. If i could give negative stars, I would. The technician entered our attic to examin our AC unit but was unable to do any work because his extension cord was missing from his truck and he needed to drain the water pan in the unit. I was not at the residence but I spoke with him on the phone and he said he would have to come back next week. I suggested he return immediately with the proper tools to make the repairs and he said he would. He later sent my daughter a digital invoice, which she paid, but he never returned.
    I obtained another appointment but it was a week away. The technician arrived and only drained the water pan and did nothing to diagnose the issue or repair the unit.
    I have been scheduled for a third appointment a week away but we will now be without air conditioning for a month in tempatures reaching 107.
    I did not receive any help from the customer service number, which sounded like an over seas call center, but they did try to schedule an appointment to talk about replacing my doors and windows.

  3. The repairman fixed the Microwave Neutron Battery and other adjunct parts. HOWEVER, THEY BROKE THE CLIPS THAT HOLD THE CONTROL PANEL SECURE WHEN YOU PUNCH IN YOUR CHOICE TO COOK. WE ASKED THEM TO FIX THE PART THEY BROKE DURING THE. REPAIR. THEY SAID WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE ANOTHER ORDER FOR SERVICE.THEY ACKNOWLEDGED THEY BROKE THE CLIPS ON THE CONTROL PANEL. I DEMAND THEY FIX WHAT THEY BROKE DURING REPAIR..WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE OR EXCUSE PHOTO WILL COME LATER.

  4. The technician identified the problem, ordered the parts, and then made sure that the repair fit within my home warranty. When there were some questions on the home warranty coverage, he took time to call and confirm the proper process. Thank you for doing a thorough job! I look forward to working with them again.
