1. We have stayed here many times over the years and have always had a great experience. We love the location and how quiet the beach is. This year will unfortunately be the last year we ever stay here. The room we stayed in was extremely dirty, with scuff marks all on the walls and trim. The floors were covered with dirt and sand, making us wear shoes or socks the entire time we were in the room. A week prior to coming down, we received an email stating they were going to have construction on the building. This construction started at 7:30 AM every morning and went well into the late afternoon. The construction lead to many parking spaces being blocked off so that the workers could park there, but resulted in minimal spaces for the actual paying guests, making them park across the street. We unfortunately will not be back as there are other condos in the area that are much more clean and well kept.

2. My family and I were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of this condo. We booked for 5 nights and left a night early. On our first night here we discovered that all plates and silverware were visibly dirty with food on them. The linens were dirty and we also had to wash those upon arrival, walls and baseboards and tables were also very obviously not properly cleaned. The cherry on top was the 3 massive cockroaches that appeared out of no where, leading us to leave early.

3. First night there none of us could choose where to sleep because every option seemed dirty and low quality. I attempted to make a bowl of cereal and the bowl had food in it from whoever stayed before us. I then checked the rest of the dishes and they were dirty as well. The worst thing by far were the COCKROACHES, yes, roaches. These were not baby roaches. They were about the size of my hand. First one was found in the bathroom and we saw 2 others in the living room. This was by far the worst place i have ever stayed, we ended up leaving a day early.

4. Do not I repeat do not go to this building. Was there the week of July 22nd.First there was small pieces of ceiling falling. We overheard Manager and inspector talking. VERY dated and not safe. Inspector counted over 15 cracks in structure. One side by the pool. HOT tube not HOT. Manager made comment she was not ready for all repairs. Let’s put a bandaid of the building. Inspector said moisture and water damage has happened. Manager said I’m aware. Elevator was not working. I’m sure people have heard about Surfside’s Condo tragedy. Trying to prevent that from happening. BE SAFE!
