  1. Leg broken in several places and I have way too much to say and thinking about it probably comes down to how much pain I have.
    I am programmed to have surgery on Friday around 3 basically one day after I show up.
    The problem is that I have a lot of pain and the Dr. doesnā€™t know how to remedy this.
    I have asked and asked for pain medication and I really donā€™t understand why they canā€™t get the pain to stop.
    Ive asked why they donā€™t give me more or stronger pain medication and get no real answer.
    I feel that I need to go to another Hospital as they are incapable of doing it right.

I had an IV i my left wrist.The wrap started to seep out blood.The nurse noticed it and said she would come back to change the wrapping but she did not return.I slept against the edge of the bed and discovered blood was steadily seeping out of the wrapping which became undone. Blood covered the front of my gown and dripped down my legs as I sat up.It was on the floor and table.A doctor came in and looked shocked.He asked me if I pulled out the IV instead of saying we will get this fixed up right away.He was very insulting.The nurse was very apologetic.The blood on the floor was never completely completely cleaned up during my stay.

  3. My daughter was brought here by ambulance after a moderate car accident in which an airbag deployed in her face. I came to the ER room to meet up with her around midnight and NOBODY addressed me or seemed helpful. The security guards were unwelcoming and seemed irritated that they had to stop talking to each other. I waited in line to talk to a registration person and when it was my turn she never smiled and did not offer much help with my questions. I finally met with my daughter who was stuffed in a tiny room with a curtain in the middle that separated it for another patient. The nurse left my daughters stickers all over the room and never even used them for anything. She left the Epic chart open and left the room without locking the screen, multiple times. I was able to read not only my information but clearly saw information for the other patient in the same room. The nursing team was obviously understaffed, my daughter hardly had attention and I never even saw a physician. We were there for almost 5 hours and she got 2 x-rays and some Tylenol that she couldnā€™t swallow. The bill was over $9k . I called billing for an itemized bill and the line disconnected. I called the medical records/ ROI department a few weeks after to ask how I could obtain her records for my supplemental insurance and the guy on the phone was rude and seemed irritated that I was calling instead of trying to figure it out online. After the conversation I thanked him and said goodbye and he did not even reciprocate, he literally mumbled something. This place is awful. Not a good experience in any way. The administration should be ashamed. This place is in desperate need of basic customer service training across the board.

  4. Beautiful and clean facility. The nursing staff is absolutely incredible. Very attentive, compassionate, kind. They take really great care of my dad and are extremely informative on every step of the process. Such a wonderful group of individuals that clearly care about their patients. Kudos to everyone of these hard working and kind people!

  5. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the treatment I and my family received here following the loss of a loved one. While the hospital staff may have provided adequate medical care, their lack of compassion and empathy during such a difficult time was truly disheartening.

    Instead of offering a private space for our family to grieve, we were asked to share the waiting room with others. This was incredibly insensitive and disrespectful, as we were all in a state of shock and sorrow. Furthermore, we were even asked to vacate the waiting room to make space for potential visitors. This request was not only insensitive but also cruel, as we were all trying to come to terms with our loss.

    I believe that a hospital, especially during such a tragic time, should provide a supportive and compassionate environment for grieving families. I hope that this review will serve as a reminder to the hospital staff of the importance of empathy and sensitivity, particularly when dealing with families who have just experienced a loss.
