The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and organized. And during these crazy times, it’s all appreciated. My time in the waiting room was kept to a minimum and Dr. Varma was thorough and thoughtful in asking her questions and recording my responses. We have a plan for next steps in my treatment and diagnosis and I’m looking forward to working with Dr. Varma and her team for successful outcome.
The front office staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting room is clean and allows for social distancing.
The nurse was great and Dr Varna was amazing!
They really listened to my issues and asked follow up questions that really helped in determining my course of treatment.

I had to wait a month before I could get an appointment here. They gave me the times and dates they are able to see me. I showed up 20 minutes early with all my new patient paperwork already filled out. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time and they couldn’t give me any approximate time I might be able be able to be seen. They had extremely over booked. I left work early and lost money to make my appointment on time and I finally had to leave because they had no idea when they would see me. All I got was “you are next” from the receptionist while I kept seeing them call more and more people in that had appointments after me. Very disappointed with these doctors 😕
They don’t deserve a star. First week of July, I went to their office. the doctor told me that she had to refer me to a speach therapist. and they told me that they would call me for the authorization. now it’s the 3rd week of August and they still haven’t called me yet so I called them. and the person who answered said that the authorization was forwarded to the therapist long time ago. and if I didn’t call their office I wouldn’t have know that I’m waiting for nothing. they know that I have a difficult situation but they don’t seem to care to their patients. I am very upset with their negligence. I can’t recommend them to anybody because they don’t do their job right.
My daughter has seen Dr. Varma since 2016 and she is truly the best. She is wonderful with children and so knowledgeable. I’ve referred many friends to her over the years. She really cares about her patients and we never feel rushed during our appointments.
