Everything was easy and professional from start to finish. Making the appointment was simple- the staff is easy to work with. We waited for less than 15 min to see Dr. Christy. Our visit with her was great- she’s so warm and thorough and made sure everything was handled before we walked out of the exam room.
I’m having memory issues and SCENT sends me reminders about appointments which I appreciate. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Dr. Varna was absolute thorough during the exam and took the time to listen and explain things to me. I’m very happy with my treatment here.
From the moment I walked into the office front desk staff were all very nice. I loved the nurse, she made me feel so comfortable, she explained everything and she always asked me if I was ok or if I needed anything. Dr Yoshpe was very patient with me. Constantly trying to make me feel good during the procedure. I am extremely happy with this office, staff and doctor’s.
Second hearing aid broke, they made me an appointment in two days, instead of waiting longer assuming my last hearing aid would hold up. Now, I have a new set of aids coming in, a very quick, ten days.
I believe SCENT is all-around, the best in all I would want from specialist.
We had an overall ok experience at this center but the waiting time needs to be improved. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment to complete new patient form so it wouldn’t interrupt our appointment time but we still had to wait an hour to be seen. Being in a waiting room with a toddler for an hour is very overwhelming and inconsiderate. After asking the front desk when we would be seen after being there an hour, she apologized and said they crammed a lot of patients at the same time and said that if we wanted to reschedule the next appointment was 4 months away. Of course we had to wait our turn to be called because there was no way we were going to go through this again in four months. Overall, the staff is very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional.
