1. Great service from Alyssa from SaveDirect! She was very friendly, efficient, and thorough in finding me affordable rates for car insurance (comprehensive)! Not only that she was able to simplify the process and if there is an issue she WILL update you with a solution! Not many agents do that. So I firmly would definitely recommend their services to anyone and definitely will be referring those to navigate that process with Alyssa!

2. Today I was helped by Jacqueline and she is amazing, patient, kind, and very helpful with getting insurance for my new car. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with my insurance purchase. I continue to come to save direct to shop the best, quickest insurance available and they always do great. Make sure to ask for Jacqueline when you are shopping she is the best I recommend her 1000% ! Thanks Jacqueline I appreciate you (:

3. I, initially spoke with Josh, when I called to get a quote, for car insurance, (7-15-24). He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, not pushy, when it came to trying too close a deal…..sales. I told him that I wasn’t ready yet, but too give me a couple weeks, because the car, at the time, was, in the repair shop. He followed up, as promised. The car still wasn’t ready, at that moment. So…..when the work had been completed, I called Josh up, but that day, he wasn’t, in the office (8-7-24).

   Betty answered and she was just as nice, knowledgeable, very helpful, and also, not pushy. She helped me with my new policy, because the office works as a team. She was able to see all the information that Josh and I had discussed.
   We made a couple of needed minor adjustments, and I got the new policy, that day (8-7-24). I will be going, back to them, for additional car insurance, when I purchase my next car.

4. Amazing experience all around. Betty helped me right away and went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away in getting car insurance. Along with her great personality she smoothly worked to make sure I was taken care of. Should I have any questions in the future regarding my insurance, I’d feel most comfortable requesting Betty for help.

5. Alyssa was the best when getting me a new quote for my auto insurance. I don’t think I would’ve found anything better without her help. The process was so fast and smooth too!! I will for sure go to her with any other future policies!!
