Ricardo and Ricardo arrived promptly, and within just 10 minutes, everything was fixed and working perfectly! Their efficiency and professionalism were truly impressive. Very diligent, thoughtful, and hardworking maintenance! Ricardo Rivera came today to fix a couple issues, and he restored everything back into perfect function. I was doing some work in the other room and he was courteous and respectful, always knocked on door when he left and came back into apartment. Didn’t make much noise. And once he was done he gave a big smile and fist bump haha. I’ve called maintenance for other things and they are always quickly responsive and do a complete job. Thank you! For this team. Keep it up!
The maintenance team here is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. They are super fast and responsive whenever I have to call. Ricardo Rivera came to fix my garbage disposal today and provided excellent service and was able to solve my issue within a matter of minutes!
Maintenance staff here is the best. Ricardo came and replaced my washing machine. I requested he came at 3pm he was there promptly at that time. He removed and installed the new washer in a timely manner. Great attitude and very respectful of my space,
I’ve lived here for about 7 months and have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance and janitorial staff.
I’ve had to contact maintenance a few times for some repairs (kitchen drain, automatic door lock, and AC unit). Every time, either Ricardo Alcaraz or Ricardo Rivera has resolved the issue so quickly. Both of them have responded to my requests within 24 hours and resolved the issues within one or two visits.
The janitorial staff is constantly maintaining the property. They consistently clean the courtyard, they mop the elevators and other community areas, and do their best to maintain cleanliness in all spaces. Unfortunately, they have to deal with the lack of consideration from some residents who don’t know how to clean up after themselves, or their dogs.
