Dear: Santa Barbara owners / management I will like to thank you for welcoming us to your community. We were lucky to be introduced to this apartments/ town homes, by Ralph Samudio such an amazing leasing consultant, we came about 2 months ago looking for a new place since our family got bigger, he gave us a tour and explained to us all the amenities this town homes/ apartments has, we are happy to be able to lease a 4 bedroom unit such an amazing place really well organized. I highly recommend getting a tour with Ralph as he helps, explains and understands your needs thank you !
Just want to say….I love love love living here! The maintenance team is always really quick and efficient. Carlos and the team deliver exceptional customer service! The office staff is always so friendly and Alyssa and Jen are always helpful. The grounds are well kept, really clean and beautiful. When I come home, I feel like I’m at a resort. Awesome job to the grounds team and Kandi! Wouldn’t live anywhere else
Carlos from Maintenance is awesome. There was a refrigerator leak that caused damage to the wood floor. We put in a maintenance ticket and Carlos addressed it the next day and had the entire wood floor replaced in the unit within a week. He has been great following up to ensure that the replacement has gone smoothly and ordered the part to have the refrigerator repaired as quickly as possible.
Luz is the best LMC employee! She is very professional and great at what she does. I was looking to transfer from Jamboree to a few sister properties. From all the representatives at each property, Luz was the best experience! I’d consider santa barbara because of her.
Carlos from maintenance is great! He is always so nice and helpful. When my family and I are in need of help, he always shows up in a timely manner. Thanks Carlos for your great work!
