  1. Worst possible customer service from any company that I have ever dealt with. Very difficult to communicate with the people that enter their phones. Constantly getting transferred to another agent, and eventually getting cut off without ever solving the issues. I will never, ever buy another Samsung product ever again.

  2. I have had nothing but trouble with Samsung. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy into their promotions. I was supposed to receive a TV with a purchase of Direct TV and Samsung 7 Edge in May. WELL it is now almost October, and I have only received the same run around from this company. OH and also, please do not call support, because they are nothing but rude and 100% disrespectful (and I have done everything to be nice). Just this evening I was on the phone with Samsung for almost an hour. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was on hold for 20 minutes. They came back on the phone without saying anything, and proceeded to hang up. I can never get a definite answer from any of the costumer service reps. I have even called with Direct TV and AT&T on the line, and we still got the same rude behavior. I am so disappointed with this company now. I have been a long time user of Samsung, but now however, I am telling as many as I can about my experience and my next purchase will not be a Samsung.

  3. Two Samsung technicians came to fix our refrigerator we had recently purchased at Costco. It was a freak accident that an ice cube had gotten caught in the door and made the freezer ice up. They took everything apart, put on a new seal just in case, put it back together and advised us to turn the ice maker off from time to time since it’s just two of us and this would keep the ice maker from overflowing!   4. Not a good company for work. They take away cellphone and too much security and you clock in and out when going to use the restroom. They running this company like a Chinese factory. They fire people for no reason. Kimco staffing and baron hr staffing.
